In Corea del Sud è stata recentemente ultimata la costruzione di un complesso residenziale esclusivo e immerso nel verde, dal design studiato in ogni dettaglio. Parquet compreso.

Island Resort è stato concepito con l’idea di realizzare un’area esclusiva e immersa nel verde, caratterizzata da residenze moderne - sia nello stile che nelle tecniche costruttive - dal design studiato in ogni dettaglio.  Tutti gli appartamenti sono ‘riscaldati’ e ‘illuminati’ dagli affascinanti e italianissimi pavimenti in legno di rovere. I general contractor hanno scelto Giorio come partner per la fornitura dei pavimenti, che ha inviato in Corea del Sud un totale di ventimila metri quadrati di parquet in rovere: negli appartamenti sono state posate delle plance firmate Alma by Giorio con finitura spazzolata, con larghezza 220 mm, scelta ‘naturale’ e tinto ‘marrone nocciola’. Island Resort was conceived with the idea of making an exclusive area surrounded by greenery, characterized by modern residences - both in style and construction techniques - with a design studied in every detail. All apartments are heated and enlightened by our Italian and charming Oak wood floors. General contractors chose Giorio as the partner for the supply of flooring. We sent to Korea a total of twenty thousand square meters of Oak parquet: in the apartments, we laid Alma by Giorio boards with a brushed finish, with width of 220 mm, "natural" line and " hazelnut brown" dying.
